About Mosmuur

Mosmuur specializes in unique creations with mosses and natural materials. Our team combines knowledge and passion for nature, botanics, ecology and art, creating exceptional projects. We offer 6 maintenance-free moss wall types, all made up of a combination of reindeer moss or lichen, bulb moss, patch moss and stabilized plants. A project employee from Mosmuur comes to your site on request to look at the ideal dimensions to achieve maximum effect. We like to collaborate with you. If desired, we make photo simulations so that you have a good idea of the end result and of your budget.

What do we stand for ?

Mosmuur designs natural creations for you without the need for maintenance or care – that way you can make a green home without the green fingers.

 

We offer 10 care-free types of moss, which can be used as a wall, frame or logo, all made up of a combination of reindeer moss or lichen, bulb moss, rag moss and stabilized or artificial plants. A project employee from Mosmuur comes to your site on request to look at the ideal dimensions to achieve maximum effect.

 

We assemble the moss with a high moss density – now more than 3000 moss plants per square meter – to guarantee a natural look. Because of our traditional and local production, the finish and quality of our walls is the highest on the market. Because of this, moss walls supplied by us are in principle maintenance-free and remain good for many years. The moss wall does not need to be sprayed or cleaned. Moss walls retain their color for a very long time thanks to their bio-polymer coating. There are different shades and colors available. Bright sunlight, certainly at a short distance from the moss wall, will however accelerate the discoloration process. The moss has a high cuddliness factor but is somewhat vulnerable and susceptible to picking or pile damage. Our project staff therefore gladly advise you on the suitable location for your moss wall.

NADA & Mosmuur - a green collaboration

Mosmuur is a subsidiary of NADA, Nature & Aquarium Design Antwerp.

 

NADA originated from a growing need for more green in a highly urbanized environment and the growing trend of eco-design and indoor nature. Business managers Jan and Marieke Vos combined their knowledge and experience in nature, gardening, urban softening, aquarium design and aquascaping with a passion for water, (room) plants and interior design. The result has become a beautiful and inspiring store.

 

NADA is a place in the city where people can feel just as at home as in nature itself. In addition to a shop, showroom and aquarium speciality store, NADA is primarily a place where people are once again amazed about the simplicity and beauty of nature. The slogan “every room should be a living room” literally translates into a versatile range with something for everyone – from aquariums to home-made flower pots, maintenance-free moss walls, design objects and original or modern plant systems – there is a wide choice for every budget.
